Range Extender – Coin Test
We are excited to share our latest accomplishment in Range Extender technology. We have successfully completed a prototype of our engine, and we are eager to demonstrate its remarkable benefits, particularly its exceedingly low and nearly zero vibration levels, through the coin test featured in the video below.
The video was crafted by our team, and not by professional videographers. As such, you might notice some minor imperfections, such as shaky hands or occasional blurriness. We chose to leave these unedited to ensure the authenticity of the footage, avoiding any perception of manipulative editing.
Enjoy the Coin Test Demonstration!
Range Extender One Generator Coin Test
In this video, we conduct a detailed engine coin test to illustrate the zero vibration capabilities of our motor generator which has only one generator. This test is designed to provide a clear, technical demonstration of the zero vibration and performance of our motor generator technology.
Range Extender Without One Generator
In this video, we illustrate the setup of a range extender without one generator. This test is designed to emphasize the critical importance of maintaining equal moments of inertia in both crank assemblies. By removing one generator, we intentionally induce a failure state. Notice how the engine starts to shake and vibrate.
Explanation: While the balancing of inertia forces from the sliding mass remains perfect due to the symmetrical construction and synchronous gear, the disruption of equal moments of inertia between both crankshafts results in vibrations in this configuration.
Thank you for your continued support and attention.
