Motorgener\u00e1tor netrp\u00ed vibracemi ani p\u0159i startu nebo p\u0159i vypnut\u00ed a vibrace jsou dokonale eliminov\u00e1ny v cel\u00e9m spektru ot\u00e1\u010dek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/knobgear.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Range_extender_complet.webp\" alt=\"Range extender\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charakteristika Range extenderu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prezentovan\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed range extendru, je v\u00fdsledkem na\u0161\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce na spln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f na vytvo\u0159en\u00ed dob\u00edjec\u00edho motor-gener\u00e1toru, \u010dasto naz\u00fdvan\u00e9ho \u201aprodlu\u017eova\u010d dojezdu\u2018 ur\u010den\u00fd pro elektrick\u00e1 letadla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na\u0161\u00edm hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem bylo splnit dva z\u00e1kladn\u00ed po\u017eadavky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimalizace vibrac\u00ed: Prvo\u0159ad\u00fd po\u017eadavkem byla eliminace vibrac\u00ed poch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch z pohonn\u00e9 jednotky. Tyto vibrace se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed do r\u00e1mu letadla a to se st\u00e1v\u00e1 zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b kritick\u00fdm pro nutnost um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed vysoce p\u0159esn\u00fdch optick\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Redukce hmotnosti a rozm\u011br\u016f: Druh\u00fd kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd c\u00edl zahrnoval minimalizaci hmotnosti a rozm\u011br\u016f motorgener\u00e1toru.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-ast-global-color-0-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-ast-global-color-0-background-color has-background is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stru\u010dn\u00fd rozbor probl\u00e9mu vibrac\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V oblasti spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f s jedn\u00edm klikov\u00fdm h\u0159\u00eddelem jsme identifikovali dva hlavn\u00ed zdroje vibrac\u00ed. Prvn\u00ed zdroj vznik\u00e1 dynamick\u00fdm pohybem klikov\u00e9ho mechanismu, druh\u00fd je v\u00fdsledkem kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed to\u010div\u00e9ho momentu b\u011bhem spalovac\u00edho cyklu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prvn\u00ed zdroj vibrac\u00ed: Setrva\u010dn\u00e9 s\u00edly vznikl\u00e9 pohybem klikov\u00e9ho mechanismu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tyto vibrace jsou d\u016fsledkem setrva\u010dn\u00fdch sil a jejich moment\u016f generovan\u00fdch pohybem sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed klikov\u00e9ho mechanismu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u00edst kon\u00e1 vratn\u00fd cyklick\u00fd pohyb po line\u00e1rn\u00ed dr\u00e1ze, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e rychlost jeho pohybu se v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cyklu m\u011bn\u00ed, nebo ojnice vykon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed obecn\u00fd rovinn\u00fd pohyb. V obou t\u011bchto p\u0159\u00edpadech zp\u016fsobuje zm\u011bna rychlosti, sm\u011bru a zrychlen\u00ed vznik setrva\u010dn\u00fdch sil. Pokud tyto s\u00edly nejsou v motoru kompenzov\u00e1ny vhodn\u00fdm vyva\u017eovac\u00edm syst\u00e9mem, p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed se p\u0159es blok motoru a ulo\u017een\u00ed motoru a d\u00e1le do trupu letadla, co\u017e vede k ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edm vibrac\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problematika vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed setrva\u010dn\u00fdch sil klikov\u00e9ho mechanismu je pom\u011brn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e1 a za dobu existence stroj\u016f s klikov\u00fdm mechanismem vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm zp\u016fsobem pops\u00e1na. Nebudeme tedy podrobn\u011b rozeb\u00edrat obecnou problematiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch proveden\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed jsou vyv\u00e1\u017eeny zpravidla prvn\u00ed nebo prvn\u00ed a druh\u00e9 harmonick\u00e9 slo\u017eky setrva\u010dn\u00fdch sil. I kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed zcela dokonal\u00e9 vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed, pro v\u011bt\u0161inu aplikac\u00ed zcela vyhovuje, proto\u017ee vibrace od spalovac\u00edho procesu ve v\u00e1lci motoru jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vibrace dal\u0161\u00edch harmonick\u00fdch slo\u017eek setrva\u010dn\u00fdch sil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Druh\u00fd zdroj vibrac\u00ed: Kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed to\u010div\u00e9ho momentu vyvolan\u00e9 spalovac\u00edm cyklem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na rozd\u00edl od elektromotor\u016f p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed spalovac\u00ed motor zna\u010dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00edm to\u010div\u00e9ho momentu. P\u0159enos energie na v\u00fdstupn\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddel nen\u00ed rovnom\u011brn\u00fd, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek zna\u010dn\u00e9 okam\u017eit\u00e9 kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed to\u010div\u00e9ho momentu. Intenzita tohoto klopn\u00e9ho momentu je prim\u00e1rn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na spalovac\u00edm tlaku. V\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 sch\u00e9ma zn\u00e1zor\u0148uje rozklad v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 s\u00edly (Fr), kter\u00e1 zahrnuje tlak ve v\u00e1lci a setrva\u010dn\u00e9 s\u00edly na p\u00edstovou skupinu, kter\u00e1 vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed klopn\u00fd moment, Mn = Fn x d\/2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tento kol\u00edsav\u00fd klopn\u00fd moment se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed p\u0159es ulo\u017een\u00ed motoru, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek vibrace, kter\u00e9 obecn\u011b p\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00ed vibrace vyvolan\u00e9 setrva\u010dn\u00fdmi silami. Tento probl\u00e9mu je u standardn\u00edch motor\u016f s jedn\u00edm klikov\u00fdm h\u0159\u00eddelem obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b \u0159e\u0161iteln\u00fd a vy\u017eaduje pokro\u010dil\u00fd syst\u00e9m ulo\u017een\u00ed motoru.
