We are excited to announce the completion of the manufacturing of our range extender generators. These generators are essential in our efforts to demonstrate the zero-vibration properties of our range extender technology by simulating different load values.
Initially, we considered more advanced solutions, such as battery charging systems. However, we opted for a simpler approach. We designed electric generators compatible with commonly available infrared heat tubes, allowing them to generate approximately 230V to power these tubes. Achieving precise dynamic balance is crucial for vibration-free operation, and we have focused extensively on this aspect.

Moreover, we are installing two electric generators. This setup not only provides a low installation profile, ideal for vehicle integration, but also meets the redundancy requirements in aerospace applications, where doubling systems is a standard safety measure.
